Daremos información, con posterior intercambio de consultas, sobre esta nueva Ley que reemplaza la Ley 23798 de HIV/ SIDA y otras Normas, modificatorias de la normativa vigente hasta el año 2022, y que son de importancia en la cobertura con los financiadores y en el pago de las prestaciones que se obligan realizar para HIV, hepatitis y enfermedades de transmisión sexual. Destacaremos qué obligaciones y derechos contrae el prestador con las pruebas diagnósticas y de tratamiento, las notificaciones sanitarias y su incidencia en la bioseguridad de los servicios de salud, como ser la obligación del personal expuesto. Sanciones previstas por incumplimiento de Ley.
