Gestores o Directores de Efectores de Salud
Los planes de servicios de salud son una herramienta necesaria para mejorar la cobertura y eficiencia de los sistemas de salud. Su costeo por lo tanto es relevante para conocer las posibilidades de financiamiento y establecer las prioridades en su contenido. La presentación propone analizar las metodologías utilizadas para la definición y el costeo de planes de salud, con especial referencia al PMO. Se hará foco, además, en los principales indicadores vinculados a la atención ambulatoria.

Consultor para organismos internacionales, con trayectoria en el sector público y privado.
