COMUNICADO DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD: “Se les recuerda a los Agentes del Seguro de Salud la plena vigencia de la Resolución N° 2125/21 – MS”

Ante las noticias recientemente publicadas al respecto esta Superintendencia de Servicios de Salud recuerda a los Agentes del Seguro de Salud la plena vigencia de la Resolución N° 2125/21 (RESOL-2021-2125-APN-MS) del 29/07/21, cuyo artículo N° 2 establece:  

“Los Agentes del Seguro de Salud y las Entidades de Medicina Prepaga deberán incrementar los aranceles de las prestaciones médico-asistenciales brindadas a sus beneficiarios y usuarios por los prestadores inscriptos en el REGISTRO NACIONAL DE PRESTADORES de la SUPERINTENDENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD, en un NUEVE POR CIENTO (9%) a partir del 1º de agosto de 2021, NUEVE POR CIENTO (9%) a partir del 1º de septiembre de 2021, NUEVE POR CIENTO (9%) a partir del 1º de octubre de 2021 y NUEVE POR CIENTO (9%) a partir del 1º de enero de 2022, siempre sobre los valores vigentes al mes anterior.”

Desde esta Superintendencia de Servicios de Salud dispondremos lo conducente a fin de aplicar las sanciones correspondientes con todas las herramientas vigentes y aquellas que la autoridad de aplicación defina, a toda entidad que no se encuadre en el ordenamiento de la mencionada disposición conforme al compromiso asumido por las entidades del sector en el acta acuerdo pertinente. De esta forma, resguardamos el derecho de los y las ciudadanas a acceder a los servicios necesarios sin tener que incurrir en el pago directo para ello.
