Decreto 381/2021. MEDIDAS GENERALES DE PREVENCIÓN. Prorroga hasta el 25/6/21. Excepciones sector salud.

EXCEPCIONES PARA CIRCULAR, CON AUTORIZACIÓN PARA USAR TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO: Quedan exceptuadas de las restricciones previstas y están autorizadas al uso del transporte público de pasajeros las personas que realizan las siguientes actividades y servicios, o se encuentran en las situaciones previstas en los siguientes incisos:

  1. Personal de Salud.
  2. Personas que deban asistir a otras con discapacidad, a familiares que necesiten asistencia, a personas mayores, a niños, a niñas o a adolescentes.
  3. Prestaciones profesionales a domicilio destinadas a personas con discapacidad.
  4. Guardias médicas y odontológicas. Atención médica y odontológica programada con sistema de turno previo. Laboratorios de análisis clínicos y centros de diagnóstico por imagen, con sistema de turno previo.
  5. Personas que deban concurrir a vacunarse con su acompañante, si fuere necesario.

Todas las personas exceptuadas conforme este artículo deberán portar el “Certificado Único Habilitante para Circulación – Emergencia COVID-19” que las habilite a circular y, en su caso, al uso de transporte público.

Los desplazamientos de las personas exceptuadas deberán limitarse al estricto cumplimiento de la actividad autorizada.

Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 11/06/2021 

ARTÍCULO 1°.- PRÓRROGA DEL DECRETO DE NECESIDAD Y URGENCIA N° 287/21: Prorrógase el Decreto N° 287/21, el plazo establecido en su artículo 30, así como sus normas complementarias, prorrogados por el artículo 1° del Decreto 334/21, hasta el día 25 de junio de 2021, inclusive.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- El presente decreto es de orden público.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia el día 12 de junio de 2021.

ARTÍCULO 4°.- Dese cuenta a la COMISIÓN BICAMERAL PERMANENTE del HONORABLE CONGRESO DE LA NACIÓN.

ARTÍCULO 5°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
