ARTÍCULO 2°.- Instrúyese a los organismos nacionales a imprimir preferente despacho y trámite urgente a todo pedido de colaboración y movilización de recursos humanos y materiales destinados a la realización del operativo censal, que les fueran requeridos por el INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE ESTADÍSTICA Y CENSOS (INDEC), organismo desconcentrado en la órbita del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA en los términos del artículo 14 y concordantes del Decreto N° 726/20.
ARTÍCULO 3°.- Autorízase al Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros a delegar en el titular del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMÍA el ejercicio de las facultades y competencias establecidas a su cargo por el artículo 9º del Reglamento del Régimen de Contrataciones de la Administración Nacional, aprobado por el Decreto N° 1030/16, con relación a las contrataciones necesarias a los efectos del desarrollo de las actividades pre-censales, censales y post-censales.
ARTÍCULO 4°.- Déjanse sin efecto las previsiones del artículo 2° del Decreto N° 726/20.
ARTÍCULO 5°.- Invítase a las Provincias y a la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires a adherir a los términos de este decreto, para la realización del CENSO NACIONAL DE POBLACIÓN, HOGARES Y VIVIENDAS RONDA 2020.
ARTÍCULO 6°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
