Decreto 695/2020. Prorroga. Empleadores Actividades de la Salud. Reducción de contribuciones. Reducción alícuota Impuesto sobre los débitos y créditos bancarios.

CA.DI.ME junto a siete Cámaras más (ADECRA,  CEDIM, CEPSAL, CONFECLISA, AAEG,  CACEP y FEM), todas signatarias de los Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo 108/75, 122/75 y 459/06, solicitaron al Ministerio de Trabajo la adopción urgente de esta medida entre otras.

DCTO-2020-695-APN-PTE – Decreto N° 300/2020. Prórroga.

Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 24/08/2020

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Prorrógase por el plazo de NOVENTA (90) días, a partir de la fecha de su vencimiento, la vigencia de las disposiciones de los artículos 1°, 2° y 3° del Decreto N° 300 del 19 de marzo de 2020, prorrogado por su similar Nº 545 del 18 de junio de 2020.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia en el día de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Dese cuenta a la COMISIÓN BICAMERAL PERMANENTE del HONORABLE CONGRESO DE LA NACIÓN.

ARTÍCULO 4°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese. FERNÁNDEZ – Santiago Andrés Cafiero – Ginés Mario González García – Claudio Omar Moroni – Martín Guzmán
