ARTÍCULO 2°.- La asignación que se extiende por el artículo precedente es de carácter no remunerativo, alimentario y no podrá ser pasible de deducciones o retenciones, estando sujeta a las características, alcances y condiciones que se establecen en el Decreto Nº 315 del 26 de marzo de 2020 y sus normas complementarias.
ARTÍCULO 3°.- Facúltase al MINISTERIO DE SALUD y al MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL a dictar las medidas complementarias y aclaratorias que resulten necesarias para la implementación del presente decreto.
ARTÍCULO 4°.- El Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros realizará la reasignación de las partidas presupuestarias correspondientes.
ARTÍCULO 5°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia al día siguiente de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.
