EMPLEADORES ACTIVIDADES DE SALUD. Decreto 131/2023. Decreto N° 34/2021. Prórroga exención contribuciones patronales.

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, inclusive, a partir de la fecha de su vencimiento, la vigencia de las disposiciones del Decreto N° 34 del 22 de enero de 2021, prorrogado por los Decretos Nros. 242 del 18 de abril de 2021, 903 del 30 de diciembre de 2021, 359 del 30 de junio de 2022 y 577 del 5 de septiembre de 2022, estableciéndose la exención prevista en su artículo 1°, a partir del 1° de marzo de 2023, en el CINCUENTA POR CIENTO (50 %) del pago de las contribuciones patronales del artículo 19 de la Ley N° 27.541 y sus modificatorias que se destinen al SISTEMA INTEGRADO PREVISIONAL ARGENTINO (SIPA), creado mediante la Ley N° 24.241 y sus modificatorias.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Prorrógase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, inclusive, a partir de la fecha de su vencimiento, la vigencia de las disposiciones del artículo 2° del Decreto N° 577 del 5 de septiembre de 2022, fijándose las alícuotas allí establecidas, para los hechos imponibles que se perfeccionen a partir del 1° de marzo de 2023, inclusive, en el CUATRO CON VEINTICINCO CENTÉSIMOS POR MIL (4,25 ‰) y en el OCHO CON CINCUENTA CENTÉSIMOS POR MIL (8,50 ‰), para los créditos y débitos en cuenta corriente y para las restantes operaciones referidas en el primer párrafo del artículo 7° del Anexo del Decreto N° 380 del 29 de marzo de 2001 y sus modificatorios, respectivamente.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Las disposiciones del presente decreto entrarán en vigencia el día de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.
