Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/c1682375/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php:6170) in /home/c1682375/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-post-grid/app/Helpers/Fns.php on line 145 ARTÍCULO 1º.- Establécese que, a los efectos de proceder a la inscripción de los profesionales de la salud en el REGISTRO NACIONAL DE PRESTADORES, conforme el ANEXO II de la Resolución Nº 789/09 del MINISTERIO DE SALUD, la COORDINACIÓN DE REGISTRO DE PROFESIONALES, REDES Y CONTRATOS, dependiente de la GERENCIA DE CONTROL PRESTACIONAL, deberá validar automáticamente el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos a través de la consulta en la RED FEDERAL DE REGISTROS DE PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD (REFEPS) de toda la información y documentación relativa a ellos.
ACCEDA A LA RED FEDERAL DE REGISTROS DE PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD
ARTÍCULO 2º.- Los profesionales de la salud que deseen inscribirse en el REGISTRO NACIONAL DE PRESTADORES deberán iniciar el expediente electrónico a través del trámite específicamente previsto al efecto en la plataforma de Trámites A Distancia (TAD) y adjuntar el formulario de solicitud y su Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI) en formato digital.
ACCESO AL REGISTRO NACIONAL DE PRESTADORES
ARTÍCULO 3º.- No se inscribirá en el REGISTRO NACIONAL DE PRESTADORES a profesionales de la salud que no se encuentren registrados/as en la RED FEDERAL DE REGISTROS DE PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD (REFEPS) o que, de la consulta efectuada en dicha Red, surja que poseen su matrícula suspendida y/o se encuentran inhabilitados/as para el ejercicio de la profesión como consecuencia de sanciones administrativas y/o penales en las respectivas jurisdicciones.
ARTÍCULO 4º.- La presente Resolución entrará en vigencia a partir del 1º de agosto de 2023.
ARTÍCULO 5º.- Instrúyese a la GERENCIA DE SISTEMAS DE INFORMACIÓN que arbitre los medios necesarios para implementar la consulta por parte de la SUPERINTENDENCIA DE SERVICIOS DE SALUD a la RED FEDERAL DE REGISTROS DE PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD (REFEPS).
ARTÍCULO 6º.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y, oportunamente, archívese.
