En ella se autoriza a las Entidades de Medicina Prepaga aumentos generales, complementarios y acumulativos (a partir del aprobado para mayo de 2021) del 9% a partir del 1º de agosto de 2021, 9% a partir del 1º de septiembre de 2021, 9% a partir del 1º de octubre de 2021 y 9% a partir del 1º de enero de 2022.
La misma norma establece que, en consecuencia, deberán incrementarse los aranceles de las prestaciones médico-asistenciales de sus prestadores, y de igual manera las obras sociales nacionales, en iguales porcentajes y plazos, y siempre sobre los valores vigentes al mes anterior.
Es imprescindible estar atentos al estricto cumplimiento de esta obligación por parte de las empresas de medicina prepaga y obras sociales.
