Asimismo se crea la “LICENCIA SANITARIA FEDERAL”, la cual incluirá a todas las matrículas habilitantes de los y las profesionales de la salud, registrados y registradas en la RED FEDERAL DE REGISTROS DE PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD.
Por medio de la Resolución 304 se aprueban las condiciones de vigencia, atributos y alcances de la LICENCIA SANITARIA FEDERAL creada por el artículo 3° del Decreto N° 98 de fecha 27 de febrero de 2023.
Por último, por medio de la Resolución 305 se aprueba el proceso de inscripción de las plataformas y sistemas de receta electrónica o digital, o de teleasistencia. Dicha inscripción será necesaria para la obtención de la posterior aprobación prevista en la Ley N° 27.553, y se llevará a cabo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, conforme la metodología y el cronograma que al efecto se establezca, debiendo registrarse oportunamente ante la jurisdicción correspondiente, conforme los requisitos que a tal fin establezca la normativa regulatoria de cada jurisdicción.
