Ac. N°4113-; ratificado por artículo 12° de la Ley N° 15.230, a los fines de informarles que tal normativa (artículos 3° inc. “m”, “n” y concordantes) los incluye como sujetos obligados a realizar la inscripción al citado Registro (RDE), cuyo objetivo es favorecer el progreso de los procesos a través de la utilización de medios tecnológicos y consolidar el expediente digital.
Se aclara que el plazo máximo de inscripción es hasta el 31 de octubre del corriente año y se puede realizar de manera muy sencilla, accediendo al siguiente link
en el que encontrarán, además del formulario de inscripción correspondiente, la normativa vinculada, una sección de preguntas frecuentes, un video de capacitación al respecto e instructivos. Vencido dicho plazo, sin que se realice la inscripción, se aplicará el régimen de domicilios “por defecto” que prevé el artículo 4 del mencionado Acuerdo N° 3989 (t.o. Ac. N° 4113).
