ARTÍCULO 1°.- Extiéndese hasta el 31 de enero de 2022 inclusive, el plazo establecido en el Artículo 2° de la Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 49 del 20 de enero de 2022 para la inscripción al “PROGRAMA REPRO II”, creado por Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 938/20 y sus modificatorias y complementarias, para el período correspondiente a los salarios devengados durante el mes de enero de 2022.
ARTÍCULO 2°.- Extiéndese hasta el 31 de enero de 2022 el plazo establecido en el Artículo 4° de la Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 49 del 20 de enero de 2022 para la inscripción al “PROGRAMA DE ASISTENCIA DE EMERGENCIA A TRABAJADORES Y TRABAJADORAS INDEPENDIENTES EN SECTORES CRÍTICOS”, creado por Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 201 del 19 de abril de 2021 y sus modificatorias, para el período correspondiente al mes de enero de 2022.
ARTÍCULO 3°.- Extiéndese hasta el 31 de enero de 2022 inclusive, el plazo establecido en el Artículo 6° de la Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 49 del 20 de enero de 2022 para la inscripción al “PROGRAMA DE ASISTENCIA EXTRAORDINARIA AL SECTOR HOTELERO EN ZONAS Y LOCALIDADES TURÍSTICAS AFECTADAS”, creado por Resolución Conjunta del MINISTERIO DE TURISMO Y DEPORTES y el MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 1 del 19 de enero de 2022, para el período correspondiente al mes de enero de 2022.
ARTÍCULO 4º.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia el día de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA.
ARTÍCULO 5°.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
