DECTO-2019-717-APN-PTE – Establécense días feriados con fines turísticos.
Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 17/10/2019
VISTO el Expediente N° EX-2019-84550605-APN-DNRP#MI, la Ley de Ministerios -t.o. 1992- y sus modificatorias y la Ley N° 27.399, y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que mediante la Ley N° 27.399, se procedió a establecer el régimen de feriados nacionales y días no laborables.
Que por la norma mencionada en el párrafo anterior, se determinó que los feriados nacionales trasladables allí previstos, cuyas fechas coincidan con los días martes y miércoles serán trasladados al día lunes anterior, y los que coincidan con los días jueves y viernes, al día lunes siguiente.
Que la mencionada Ley N° 27.399 facultó al PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL a fijar anualmente hasta TRES (3) días feriados o no laborables destinados a promover la actividad turística, que deberán coincidir con los días lunes o viernes.
Que dicha facultad deviene en una política destinada a impulsar el turismo interno de la REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA.
Que resulta conveniente que el PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL fije para el año 2020 los días feriados con fines turísticos previstos por el artículo 7° de la citada Ley N° 27.399.
Que la Ley de Ministerios -t.o. 1992- y sus modificatorias, estableció que compete al MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR, OBRAS PÚBLICAS Y VIVIENDA entender, entre otros, en los actos de carácter patriótico, efemérides y feriados.
Que ha tomado la intervención de su competencia la DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE ASUNTOS JURÍDICOS dependiente de la SECRETARÍA DE COORDINACIÓN, del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR, OBRAS PÚBLICAS Y VIVIENDA.
Que la presente medida se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 7° de la Ley Nº 27.399.
Por ello,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1°.- Establécense como días feriados con fines turísticos, previstos en el artículo 7° de la Ley N° 27.399, las siguientes fechas:
AÑO 2020:
23 de marzo, 10 de julio y 7 de diciembre.
ARTÍCULO 2°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial.
