Recordamos que para gozar de los beneficios establecidos por los Decretos 332 y 347/2020 deberán:

  1. A)Registrarse en el servicio “web” “Programa de Asistencia de Emergencia al Trabajo y la Producción – ATP” entre los días 9 y 15 de abril de 2020, ambos inclusive.
  2. B)Suministrar entre los días 13 y 15 de abril de 2020, ambos inclusive, aquella información económica relativa a sus actividades que el servicio “web” “Programa de Asistencia de Emergencia al Trabajo y la Producción – ATP” requiera, a efectos de poder efectuar las evaluaciones previstas por el artículo 5° del Decreto N° 332/20 y su modificatorio.

Por último ya se encuentra disponible la Declaración Jurada en línea para la liquidación de las Cargas Sociales (F-931) con los beneficios establecidos por el Decreto 300. Aclaramos que para gozar de la detracción del 100% (decreto 688) y la reducción de la alícuota de contribuciones patronales al SIPA (Decreto 300) en forma concurrente deberán utilizar el Código de Actividad 125 “Actividades no clasificadas – Detracción Ampliada Dcto. 688/2019 y Dcto. 300/2020
