Comunicación “A” 7181. El Banco Central de la República Argentina ha resuelto la postergación de los vencimientos de los pagos de las cuotas de préstamos .

Mediante Comunicación A 7181, el Banco Central de la República Argentina, ha dispuesto establecer la postergación de los vencimientos de los pagos de las cuotas de préstamos otorgados (asistencias crediticias no alcanzadas por la Ley de Tarjetas de Crédito) cuyos vencimientos operen a partir del 01 de abril de 2020 hasta el 31 de marzo de 2021, para quienes no pudiesen afrontarlas (anteriormente incluía vencimientos hasta el 31 de diciembre). 

Por lo tanto, el BCRA ha decidido que la incorporación de las cuotas impagas por financiaciones al final de la vida del crédito se extiende a vencimientos hasta el 31 de marzo de 2021.
