CRÉDITO A TASA SUBSIDIADA: 

“Tomando en consideración lo dispuesto por el artículo 8º bis del Decreto Nº 332/20, en la redacción acordada por el Decreto Nº 621/20, se propone la sustitución del punto 7.2 del Acta Nº 23, por el siguiente “El monto teórico máximo del crédito será del CIENTO VEINTE POR CIENTO (120%) de un salario mínimo, vital y móvil por cada trabajadora y trabajador que integre la nómina al 30 de septiembre de 2020, no pudiendo superar en ningún caso la sumatoria del salario neto de cada uno de los empleados y empleadas de la empresa solicitante correspondientes al mes de septiembre de 2020, en el caso que sea menor”.
