Decreto 789/2021. FERIADOS NACIONALES 2022.

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Establécese que los feriados nacionales trasladables previstos por el artículo 1° de la Ley N° 27.399 permanecerán en la fecha designada por dicho precepto en aquellos años en los cuales la aplicación del artículo 6° de la citada norma redunde en una superposición con un feriado nacional inamovible.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Establécense como días feriados con fines turísticos, previstos en el artículo 7° de la Ley N° 27.399, las siguientes fechas:

AÑO 2022:

7 de octubre, 21 de noviembre y 9 de diciembre.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia el día de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.

ARTÍCULO 4°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
