ARTÍCULO 1°. – Modificase el artículo 1º de la Resolución del MINISTERIO DE SALUD N º 217 del 13 de octubre de 2022, estableciéndose que para el período diciembre será válida la inscripción realizada durante el mes de noviembre, del 24 al 30 de noviembre de 2022.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- El COMITÉ DE PRESELECCION del Programa FESCAS y la COMISIÓN DE GESTIÓN Y SEGUIMIENTO del Programa determinarán otras modificaciones que fueran menester a la instrumentación de los cortes y demás pautas para el período, como también cualquier otra condición que resulte necesaria para la liquidación, generación de los archivos de preselección y demás procesos vinculados al pago del beneficio del período de diciembre.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia el día de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA.

ARTÍCULO 4º.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
