Del 2/06/22 al 13/06/22 los establecimientos/empresas de salud que hayan cumplido con la carga de datos en la página AFIP- FESCAS, podrán acceder a los lineamientos para la mejora de la calidad del Programa FESCAS – Componente I a través del siguiente link.

IMPORTANTE: tener en cuenta que este nuevo link reemplaza el informado en la página de AFIP – FESCAS.

Para iniciar el proceso de carga del formulario deberá ingresar el número del DNI de la persona que ha sido registrada en la solapa AFIP – FESCAS como referente general de calidad y presionar Enviar.

En el caso, que el DNI no haya sido debidamente inscripto en AFIP – FESCAS no podrá continuar y deberá escribir a: consultasfescas@msal.gov.ar para resolverlo.

Se completará un formulario por cada establecimiento (aun cuando algunos tengan el CUIT de una misma empresa). Este formulario, incluye los módulos I y II de los lineamientos para la mejora de la calidad del Programa FESCAS – Componente I y deberá ser completado entre el 2/06/22 y el 13/06/22.
