Impuesto a las ganancias: rentas del trabajo en relación de dependencia y otros.

Mediante la RG (AFIP) Nº 4189-E (B.O. 10/01/2018), se establecen modificaciones a la RG (AFIP) Nº 4003-E relacionadas con el Régimen de Retención de Impuestos a las Ganancias de 4ta Categoría.

Se detallan a continuación las principales modificaciones:

• Se establece como fecha límite para la presentación del F-572 Web SIRADIG, el 31 de marzo del año siguiente al que corresponda.

• Se fija un nuevo plazo para que el agente de retención realice la correspondiente liquidación anual del impuesto hasta el último día hábil del mes de abril de cada año.

• Se fija un nuevo plazo para realizar los ajustes que pudieran corresponder producto de la mencionada liquidación hasta el último día hábil del mes de mayo de cada año.

• Se eleva a $ 1.000.000 el importe de las rentas brutas percibidas anualmente a partir del cual resulta obligatorio que los beneficiarios de las rentas presenten declaración jurada
informativa ante la AFIP.

Estas modificaciones serán de aplicación a partir del periodo fiscal 2017 y siguientes.
