Información de Interés: Decreto 884/2020. Lucha contra la enfermedad de fibrosis quística de páncreas o mucoviscidosis. Reglamentación.

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Apruébase la Reglamentación de la Ley Nº 27.552 sobre la Lucha contra la Enfermedad de Fibrosis Quística de Páncreas o Mucoviscidosis, que como ANEXO (IF-2020-77110634-APN-SSMEIE#MS) forma parte del presente decreto.

VER LEY 27.552 

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Facúltase al MINISTERIO DE SALUD para dictar las normas complementarias y aclaratorias que fueren menester para la aplicación de la Reglamentación que se aprueba por el presente decreto.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Facúltase al Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros a efectuar las reasignaciones presupuestarias que sean necesarias para atender las erogaciones que requiera el cumplimiento del presente.

ARTÍCULO 4°.- El presente decreto entrará en vigencia el día de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.

ARTÍCULO 5°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
