ARTÍCULO 2º.- Facúltase al MINISTERIO DE SALUD para dictar las normas complementarias y aclaratorias que fueren menester para la aplicación de la Reglamentación que se aprueba por el presente decreto.
ARTÍCULO 3º.- Facúltase al Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros a efectuar las reasignaciones presupuestarias que sean necesarias para atender las erogaciones que requiera el cumplimiento del presente.
ARTÍCULO 4°.- El presente decreto entrará en vigencia el día de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.
ARTÍCULO 5°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
