Resolución General 4828/2020

RESOG-2020-4828-E-AFIP-AFIP – Procedimiento. Suspensión de traba de medidas cautelares para Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas y de ejecuciones fiscales. Resoluciones Generales Nros. 4.557 y 4.730. Norma complementaria.

Se prorroga hasta el 31/10/2020 la suspensión de iniciación de juicios de ejecución fiscal por parte de la AFIP. Asimismo, quedan suspendidos los embargos y otras medidas cautelares para las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas inscriptas en el “Registro de Empresas Mipymes”, como así también para las que se encuentren caracterizadas en el “Sistema Registral” como “Potencial Micro, Pequeña y Mediana Empresa – Tramo I y II”.

Resolución General 4825/2020

RESOG-2020-4825-E-AFIP-AFIP – Régimen Simplificado para Pequeños Contribuyentes (RS). Exclusión de pleno derecho y baja automática por falta de pago. Resolución General N° 4.687 y sus modificatorias. Extensión de suspensiones.

Se extiende la suspensión de las bajas de oficio, no realizándose para el mes de setiembre de 2020 los controles sistémicos.
