Noticias del sector

En el día de la fecha se publicaron diversas Resoluciones Generales por parte de AFIP estableciendo lo siguiente:

• Se extiende la suspensión de iniciación de juicios fiscales por parte de la AFIP hasta el 31/7/2020.

• Se extiende hasta el 31/7/2020 la adhesión al régimen de facilidades de pago para planes cuya caducidad haya operado hasta el 30/4/2020.

• Se extiende hasta el 31/7/2020 la suspensión de embargos y otras medidas cautelares para las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas.

• Se extiende hasta el 18/8/2020 el plazo para que las personas jurídicas contribuyentes y/o responsables del impuesto a las ganancias con cierres de ejercicio en los meses de noviembre de 2019, diciembre de 2019 y enero de 2020 puedan presentar la Memoria, Estados Contables e Informe del Auditor que correspondan a los citados ejercicios fiscales.
