Programa de Proteccion al Personal de Salud ante la Pandemia de Coronavirus Covid-19. Decreto 747/2020. Reglamentación

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Apruébase la reglamentación de la Ley Nº 27.548 de “Programa de Protección al Personal de Salud ante la pandemia de Coronavirus COVID-19”, que como ANEXO (IF-2020-58654914-APN-SCS#MS) forma parte integrante del presente decreto.

ARTÍCULO 2° – El MINISTERIO DE SALUD, a través de la SECRETARÍA DE CALIDAD EN SALUD, será la Autoridad de Aplicación de la Ley N° 27.548.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- El presente decreto entrará en vigencia a partir de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.

ARTÍCULO 4º.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese. FERNÁNDEZ – Santiago Andrés Cafiero – Ginés Mario González García
