ARTÍCULO 2° – El MINISTERIO DE SALUD, a través de la SECRETARÍA DE CALIDAD EN SALUD, será la Autoridad de Aplicación de la Ley N° 27.548.
ARTÍCULO 3º.- El presente decreto entrará en vigencia a partir de su publicación en el BOLETÍN OFICIAL.
