Resolución 1744/2021. MINISTERIO DE SALUD. HERRAMIENTA PARA LA AUTOEVALUACIÓN DE BUENAS PRÁCTICAS PARA LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD.

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Apruébese el Documento Marco de la HERRAMIENTA PARA LA AUTOEVALUACIÓN DE BUENAS PRACTICAS PARA LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD, que como Anexo I (IF-2021-21242053-APN-DNCSSYRS#MS) forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Apruébese el INSTRUMENTO DE AUTOEVALUACIÓN DE LAS BUENAS PRÁCTICAS PARA LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD, que como Anexo II (IF-2021-21241620-APN-DNCSSYRS#MS) forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Apruébese el “Proceso de reconocimiento como Establecimientos de salud Comprometidos con la calidad”, que como Anexo III (IF-2021-21241483-APN-DNCSSYRS#MS) forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.

ARTÍCULO 4º.- Dispóngase el reconocimiento como “Establecimiento de salud comprometido con la calidad” de aquellos establecimientos que hayan pasado exitosamente por el proceso aprobado en el artículo que antecede. Dicho reconocimiento será incorporado en el Registro Federal de Establecimientos de Salud (REFES).

ARTÍCULO 5º.- Incorpórense al PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE GARANTÍA DE CALIDAD DE LA ATENCIÓN MÉDICA el Documento Marco de la HERRAMIENTA PARA LA AUTOEVALUACIÓN DE BUENAS PRÁCTICAS PARA LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD y el INSTRUMENTO DE AUTOEVALUACIÓN DE LAS BUENAS PRÁCTICAS PARA LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS SERVICIOS DE SALUD que se aprueban por los artículos 1º y 2º de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 6°.- Difúndase a través de la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE CALIDAD EN SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y REGULACIÓN SANITARIA los documentos que se aprueban por el artículo 1° y 2° de la presente, a fin de asegurar el máximo conocimiento y aplicación de las mismas en el marco de dicho PROGRAMA NACIONAL.

ARTÍCULO 7°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
