Resolución 3576/2021. MINISTERIO DE SALUD. NUEVAS CATEGORIAS Y DEFINICIONES DE ESPECIALIDADES DE LAS PROFESIONES DE LA SALUD.

ARTÍCULO 1º.- Apruébanse las “NUEVAS CATEGORIAS Y DEFINICIONES DE ESPECIALIDADES DE LAS PROFESIONES DE LA SALUD” que se establecen en el documento incorporado como Anexo I (IF-2021-22818504-APN-DMCYSP#MS), que forma parte de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Apruébanse los “REQUISITOS PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE NUEVAS ESPECIALIDADES DE LAS PROFESIONES DE LA SALUD” que se incorporan como Anexo II (IF-2021-22819947-APN-DMCYSP#MS) que forma parte de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Apruébase el formulario para el reconocimiento de nuevas especialidades que se incorpora como Anexo III (IF-2021-35275640-APN-DMCYSP#MS) y forma parte de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 4º.- Instrúyese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE CALIDAD EN SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y REGULACIÓN SANITARIA y a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE TALENTO HUMANO Y CONOCIMIENTO para que conjuntamente, con el asesoramiento de la COMISIÓN NACIONAL ASESORA DE PROFESIONES DE GRADO UNIVERSITARIO, elaboren un plan para el diseño de perfiles y marcos de referencia de todas las especialidades reconocidas, a partir del cual se pueda iniciar un proceso de recategorización de las mismas.

ARTÍCULO 5º.- Instrúyese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE CALIDAD EN SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y REGULACIÓN SANITARIA y a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE TALENTO HUMANO Y CONOCIMIENTO para que conjuntamente, con el asesoramiento de la COMISIÓN NACIONAL ASESORA DE PROFESIONES DE GRADO UNIVERSITARIO, se elabore un proyecto que pongan foco en el agrupamiento de las especialidades vigentes en las diferentes jurisdicciones en Especialidades de Referencia, la actualización de la información sobre instituciones formadoras, especialidades y especialistas y la incorporación de las nuevas categoría en la RED DE REGISTROS DE PROFESIONALES DE LA SALUD (REFEPS).

ARTÍCULO 6º.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
