Resolución 488/2021. MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL. Plazo Inscripción Programa REPRO salarios devengados Agosto 2021: Desde el 25/8 al 31/8/2021. Criterios de Preselección.

ARTÍCULO 1°.- Establécese el plazo para la inscripción al “PROGRAMA REPRO II”, creado por Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N° 938/20 y sus modificatorias y complementarias, para el período correspondiente a los salarios devengados durante el mes de Agosto de 2021, el cual estará comprendido entre el 25 de Agosto y el 31 de Agosto de 2021 inclusive.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Establécense las pautas a considerar para aplicar los criterios de preselección, respecto a las fechas de facturación y nómina de las empresas que quieran acceder al beneficio del Programa REPRO II, de acuerdo al siguiente detalle.  

  • Meses seleccionados para el cálculo de la variación interanual de la facturación requerida por la ADMINISTRACIÓN FEDERAL DE INGRESOS PÚBLICOS (AFIP): Julio de 2019 y Julio de 2021. 
  • Altas empresas: No se deberá considerar la facturación para las empresas iniciadas a partir del 1º de enero de 2019. 
  • Mes seleccionado para determinar la nómina de personal y los salarios de referencia: Julio 2021. 
  • Corte de actualización de bajas de nómina: 24 de Agosto 
  • Corte de actualización CBU: 23 de Agosto inclusive

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Establécese el plazo para la inscripción al “PROGRAMA DE ASISTENCIA DE EMERGENCIA A TRABAJADORES Y TRABAJADORAS INDEPENDIENTES EN SECTORES CRÍTICOS”, creado por Resolución del MINISTERIO DE TRABAJO, EMPLEO Y SEGURIDAD SOCIAL N°201 del 19 de abril de 2021 y sus modificatorias, para el período correspondiente al mes de Agosto de 2021, el cual estará comprendido entre el 25 de Agosto al 31 de Agosto de 2021 inclusive.

ARTICULO 4°.- Establécense las pautas a considerar para aplicar los criterios de preselección, respecto del “PROGRAMA DE ASISTENCIA DE EMERGENCIA A TRABAJADORES Y TRABAJADORAS INDEPENDIENTES EN SECTORES CRÍTICOS” de acuerdo al siguiente detalle

Presentar una reducción de la facturación superior al VEINTE POR CIENTO (20%) en términos reales, para el periodo comprendido entre Julio 2021 y Julio 2019.

Periodo de referencia de pagos a acreditar:

-Autónomos de 12/2020 hasta 06/2021

-Monotributo de 1/2021 hasta 7/2021

ARTÍCULO 5º.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia el día de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la REPÚBLICA ARGENTINA.

ARTÍCULO 6°.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
