ARTÍCULO 1º.- Apruébase el “DOCUMENTO MARCO: Recomendaciones Paso a Paso para el Desarrollo de Buenas Prácticas en el Laboratorio de Análisis Clínicos” que como anexo IF-2023-05555394-APNDNCSSYRS#MS forma parte integrante de la presente resolución.

ARTÍCULO 2º.- Incorpórese al PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE GARANTÍA DE CALIDAD DE LA ATENCIÓN MÉDICA el “DOCUMENTO MARCO: Recomendaciones Paso a Paso para el Desarrollo de Buenas Prácticas en el Laboratorio de Análisis Clínicos” que se aprueba en el artículo 1º de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 3º.- Difúndase a través de la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE CALIDAD EN SERVICIOS DE SALUD Y REGULACIÓN SANITARIA el documento que se aprueba por el artículo 1º de la presente, a fin de asegurar el máximo conocimiento y aplicación de las mismas en el marco de dicho PROGRAMA NACIONAL.

ARTÍCULO 4º.- Invítase a las jurisdicciones a adherir a la presente.

ARTÍCULO 5º.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.-
