El presente documento tiene por objeto fijar de forma objetiva las condiciones, criterios, requisitos y procedimiento de solicitud, acceso y liquidación del estímulo económico de excepción autorizado a favor de prestadores de servicios de transporte para personas con discapacidad, como así también establecer los alcances de las acciones de las áreas intervinientes en el proceso. La Dirección Nacional de Acceso a los Servicios de Salud (DNASS) será la responsable operativa y administrativa de llevar adelante de forma eficiente lo aquí dispuesto, en un todo de acuerdo a las acciones encomendadas a la misma mediante el Dto. N° 160/2018.

ARTICULO 1°.- Sustituyese el Anexo IF-2020-49175999-APN-DNASS#AND al Artículo 3° de la Resolución N° 438 de fecha 30 de Julio de 2020, por el Anexo IF-2020-66798974-APN-DNASS#AND.

ARTICULO 2°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial.

ARTICULO 3°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL. Cumplido, gírense las actuaciones a la Dirección Nacional de Acceso a los Servicios de Salud para la continuidad del trámite respectivo; y oportunamente archívese. Fernando Gastón Galarraga
