Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 17/11/2020

ARTÍCULO 1°. – Declárense como área crítica, esencial e indispensable para el funcionamiento de esta AGENCIA NACIONAL DE DISCAPACIDAD a la Dirección General, Técnica, Administrativa y Legal, y a las Direcciones a su cargo (Dirección de Modernización e Informática, Dirección de Recursos Humanos, Dirección de Administración, Dirección de Asuntos Jurídicos y Dirección de Presupuesto y Contabilidad).

ARTÍCULO 2°. – Con objeto de implementar lo dispuesto en la presente, deléguese en la Dirección General, Técnica, Administrativa y Legal la facultad de establecer la nómina de las y los agentes públicos que prestan servicios críticos, esenciales e indispensables para el funcionamiento del organismo.

ARTÍCULO 3°. – A efectos de adicionar o incorporar actividades y servicios enmarcados dentro del área de la DGTAyL, instrúyase a las Unidades de la Agencia a formalizarlo a través de una comunicación oficial.

ARTICULO 4°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
