ARTÍCULO 1°.- Actualízase el valor de los aranceles vigentes del Sistema de Prestaciones de Atención Integral a favor de las Personas con Discapacidad, desdoblando tal incremento en tres tramos no acumulativos, a partir del 1° de abril de 2021 el VEINTIÚN POR CIENTO (21%), a partir del 1° de julio de 2021 el NUEVE POR CIENTO (9%) y a partir del 1° de octubre de 2021 el CUATRO POR CIENTO (4%), conforme se detalla en el Anexo IF-2021-44222143-APN- DNPYRS#AND que forma parte integrante de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Reconócese un adicional del VEINTE POR CIENTO (20%) sobre el arancel básico, por zona desfavorable, a las prestaciones brindadas en las provincias de la zona patagónica.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
