ARTÍCULO 1°.- Determínase que el incremento del CUATRO POR CIENTO (4 %) no acumulativo establecido mediante Resolución Conjunta N° 10/21 del MINISTERIO DE SALUD y la AGENCIA NACIONAL DE DISCAPACIDAD, previsto a partir del 1° de octubre de 2021, se hará efectivo a partir del 1° de septiembre del corriente año, conforme se detalla en el Anexo IF-2021-83670889-APN-DNPYRS#AND que forma parte integrante de la presente.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Actualízase el valor de los aranceles vigentes de las prestaciones de Hogar con Centro de Día y Hogar con Centro Educativo Terapéutico, a partir del 1° de septiembre de 2021, conforme se detalla en el Anexo consignado en el Artículo que precede.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Establécese una actualización adicional al valor de los aranceles vigentes del Sistema de Prestaciones de Atención Integral a favor de las Personas con Discapacidad del TREINTA POR CIENTO (30 %), desdoblando tal incremento en tres tramos acumulativos según el siguiente esquema: DIEZ POR CIENTO (10 %) a partir del 1° de octubre de 2021, DIEZ POR CIENTO (10 %) a partir del 1° de noviembre de 2021 y DIEZ POR CIENTO (10 %) a partir del 1° de febrero de 2022, de acuerdo con el citado Anexo IF-2021-83670889-APN-DNPYRS#AND.

ARTÍCULO 4°.- Reconócese un adicional del VEINTE POR CIENTO (20 %) sobre el arancel básico por zona desfavorable, a las prestaciones brindadas en las provincias de la zona patagónica.

ARTÍCULO 5°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
