ARTÍCULO 1°.- Establecer que la normativa dictada en el marco de la Ley Nº 27.541 y del Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia N°260 de fecha 12 de marzo del 2020, no faculta a los empleadores a exigir certificaciones médicas o estudios relativos al COVID-19, a los trabajadores que ingresen o se reintegren a sus tareas.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- La presente medida entrará en vigencia a partir de su publicación el Boletín Oficial.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese. Ginés Mario González García – Claudio Omar Moroni
