ARTÍCULO 1°.- Apruébase el documento “PROTOCOLO GENERAL PARA LA PREVENCIÓN DEL COVID-19. GUÍA DE RECOMENDACIONES PARA UNA REINCORPORACIÓN GRADUAL RESPONSABLE AL TRABAJO”, en el marco de la emergencia pública sanitaria dispuesta por el Decreto N° 260 de fecha 12 de marzo de 2020, en virtud de la pandemia declarada por la ORGANIZACIÓN MUNDIAL DE LA SALUD (O.M.S.) respecto del virus COVID-19, el que como Anexo I IF-2020-51711988-APN-GP#SRT forma parte integrante de la presente disposición.

ARTÍCULO 2°.- Establécese que los Servicios de Higiene y Seguridad y de Medicina Laboral de cada empleador no deberán limitarse a la adopción de las recomendaciones detalladas en la presente norma, pudiendo en cada caso complementar con las medidas que se estimen pertinentes en atención a las particularidades de los procesos involucrados en las tareas desarrolladas en cada establecimiento.

ARTÍCULO 3°.- Sustituyase el Anexo III de la Disposición de la Gerencia General (G.G.) Nº 5 de fecha 27 de marzo de 2020 por el Anexo II IF-2020-51722843-APN-GP#SRT que forma parte integrante de la presente disposición.

ARTÍCULO 4°.- La presente disposición entrará en vigencia el primer día hábil posterior a su publicación en el Boletín Oficial.

ARTÍCULO 5°.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dese a la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese. Marcelo Nestor Dominguez
