Las percepciones del Impuesto sobre los Ingresos Brutos recaudadas en el régimen general de percepción se ingresarán en forma mensual

RESOLUCIÓN NORMATIVA (ARBA Bs. As.) 52/2020

La Agencia de Recaudación de la Provincia de Buenos Aires aprueba el procedimiento de compensación de saldos deudores con saldos acreedores impositivos.

Se realizará de manera automatizada, a través de la aplicación GESTIONAR del sitio oficial de Internet de ARBA.

En caso de no reunirse los requisitos necesarios para la tramitación web de las solicitudes de compensación mencionadas, y tratándose de los impuestos inmobiliario y a los automotores, los interesados podrán requerir la compensación de manera presencial a través de los Centros de Servicios Locales.

El presente procedimiento de compensación comenzará a regir a partir del 15/10/2020.
